By accessing or using the LeadVala website, mobile application, or purchasing our lead generation services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
LeadVala provides verified, high-intent business leads to interior designers, architects, marketing agencies, real estate agents, and other service-based professionals. Leads are delivered via WhatsApp or platform dashboard based on the selected lead package.
We operate under a Pay-Per-Lead or Prepaid Package model. No monthly subscriptions are required unless otherwise mentioned.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Operate a legitimate business or freelance service
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Agree to follow local business and communication laws
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates these terms.
We guarantee that each lead:
Is verified via call recording or chat confirmation
Contains real client requirements, phone number, location, and budget
Is delivered exclusively to one client (no reselling)
However, we do not guarantee conversions or sales. Success depends on your own follow-up, offer, and closing skills.
Leads are delivered within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery is done via WhatsApp or directly through the LeadVala system.
Package timelines and lead counts are based on package type selected.
All payments must be made in full before lead delivery begins.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and third-party gateways.
Pricing is exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.
Once a lead is delivered, no partial refunds are allowed.
Refunds are not issued once leads are delivered unless:
The lead is unreachable by call or message within 48 hours
The number is fake, inactive, or incorrect
If verified, such leads will be replaced within 3 business days as per our replacement policy. No refunds are provided for leads that did not convert or resulted in a non-sale.
By using our service, you agree to:
Contact leads professionally and ethically
Not spam, harass, or mislead the lead in any way
Not resell or share lead data with third parties
Respect the privacy and intent of the client lead
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform with no refunds.
All content on the website (text, logo, images, strategy, pricing, structure) is the intellectual property of LeadVala Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
LeadVala is not liable for:
Business losses due to poor client handling or delayed response
Client misrepresentation or change of mind
Technical issues on your device, WhatsApp, or network
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the value of the unused leads in your active package.
LeadVala reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
